Important!

Make sure you are installing the desktop fonts and not webfonts. Fonts purchased for @font-face embedding cannot be installed as a desktop font. If you purchased both, you may be looking in the wrong folder.

Warning!

Custom fonts residing in C:WINDOWSFonts will be lost if your computer is serviced or replaced, and oftentimes when information technology cleans up the networks over the summer. The custom font is downloaded to your C: drive, not to the network. If you create a document with a custom font and need to open it on another computer, you will need to install the custom font on the other computer as well.
